If you already have an existing TiC account, you do not need to create a new one, all you need to do is download the new app, sign in with your phone number and set a new passcode to access your TiC account.

All you need is your smartphone and a passport or an international ID card to get your TiC account up and running in 5 minutes.

If you are a new user and have skipped parts of the identification process, you can finalize your account by pressing the complete onboarding button in your TiC home page.

Once the onboarding is complete your account will be proccessed.

Yes! As long as you are over 18 and a citizen of the EEU.

If you happen to fill out the identification form with wrong information, the process will fail and you will get a notification to resend the information. This process is required by law in order to get your TiC banking account and all the information has to be 100% correct to be approved.

NIE/NIF is the Spanish equivalent to Personal number in Scandinavia or ID number for the other parts of the world.

Tic tokens are earned when you spend money with your Payment card (Visa or Mastercard).

If you have a new number different than the one used to access your account, please get in touch with us. 

In order to change your phone number you will need to send us a selfie of yourself holding your id documents.

First phone number change is free, the next one has a fee of 10€.

To set your secret code, press the side menu and select secure code and follow the instructions.

In most case, the merchant will charge a reservation for the amount purchased or higher. Once the prurchase is completed by the merchant, it will be charged in your account and if necessary the difference will be returned.

In some cases, when buying from a vending machine a reservation for a higher amount might be charged. In this case, after the reservation is released, you will be charged the correct amount and the difference will be returned to your account. It could take up to 16 days before the reservation is released from the merchant.


Once your account is finalized and has been approved, you can make your first transfer to your account and you can order your TiC Visa card through the TiC app.

Once ordered, your card will arrive within 2-3 weeks.

To activate your card, go to the cards section in your app and select your physical card, then introduce the code that appears at the back of your card under your name to activate it.

Your identification process and approval of your account needs to be finalized in order to be able to transfer money from your bank account or another credit/debit card to your TiC Account

When making a bank transfer to your TiC account it is very important that you include you reference code as a concept or comment of your transfer. This code ensures that your transfer arrives at your account.

Transfers to your TiC account can take up to 48 working hours to arrive.

Your transfer should arrive in your TiC account in 48 working hours. If this is not the case, please get in touch with us and send us a receipt of the transfer.

When using your digital TiC VISA card online you can use like any other card by filling out your card information.


At this moment, TiC digital VISA card can not be added to Google or Apple pay.
