Participation Agreement for TiC Life’s Ambassador Program
This Participation Agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions that govern your participation in the TiC Life’s Ambassador Program (“Program”). By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein.
1. Eligibility: To qualify as a TiC Life’s Ambassador, you must be a registered user of the TiC app with an active subscription. Your Ambassador status and eligibility for rewards will commence upon successfully referring a minimum of three new users who have registered in TiC using your unique referral code.
2. Referral Process: As a TiC Life’s Ambassador, you are encouraged to share your unique referral code with individuals, including but not limited to friends, family, and colleagues, who may express interest in utilizing TiC’s banking services. To be deemed valid, referrals must be made exclusively through the TiC app or website.
3. Referral Reward: For each new user who registers using your referral code and completes the TiC onboarding process, you will be entitled to receive a referral reward equivalent to 10% of their TiC Lifestyle fee. The referral reward will be credited to your TiC account and can be viewed within the TiC app.
4. Minimum Referral Requirement: In order to qualify for referral rewards, you must maintain an active TiC subscription and successfully refer a minimum of three new users who have registered in TiC using your referral code. Only upon satisfying these minimum referral requirements will your Ambassador status and eligibility for rewards be activated.
5. Tracking and Verification: TiC provides real-time tracking and transparency pertaining to referral rewards and the progress of your referrals. TiC reserves the right to verify the authenticity of referred users and their adherence to TiC’s terms and conditions. Referral rewards may be subject to adjustment or cancellation if referred users are found to have violated TiC’s terms of service or engaged in fraudulent activities.
6. Termination and Modification: TiC retains the right to terminate or modify the TiC Life’s Ambassador Program without prior notice. Additionally, TiC may terminate an individual’s Ambassador status and withhold referral rewards upon the detection of violations of TiC’s terms of service or fraudulent behavior.
7. Compliance with Applicable Laws: By participating in the Program, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations governing referral and ambassadorship programs.
8. Non-Transferability: Ambassador accounts, referral codes, and rewards are non-transferable and may not be assigned, traded, or sold to other individuals.
9. Agreement to Privacy Policy: Your participation in the TiC Life’s Ambassador Program is subject to TiC’s Privacy Policy. TiC may collect and utilize certain information relating to your referrals and rewards in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Spain, the jurisdiction in which TiC operates.
By participating in the TiC Life’s Ambassador Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. TiC retains the right to interpret and enforce these terms and conditions at its sole discretion.
